Customer service and satisfaction before and after the sale is the foundation of our business.
Starting in 1974, the owner, Joseph Smith served a four year apprenticeship. Through his affiliation with American Watchmakers & Clockmakers Institute, he has advanced his professional techniques through various classes and seminars, gaining Certified Master Status in 1981.
With a Certified Master Watchmaker on premises, you can be sure your timepiece is being carefully examined and properly repaired; your timepiece is in good hands. We are capable of repairing most any watch, from treasured family heirlooms to everyday and fashion watches, to the modern calibers.
Each repair job is handled with safety and experience. We practice quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our Gemological Institute of America trained jewelers will take care of your needs, whether they are a simple chain solder or ring resizing, or a more complex restoration, we are ready to help.
We are also happy to design and create that special piece of jewelry, unique to you. You will always be provided with an estimate before any work is performed.
